Spent the weekend at One Particular Harbor...it was great! Very clean and comfortable. Definitely going back soon. :)

We enjoyed a fantastic week at our rental house on 30A. With a pool in our back yard and the ocean just out our front door, we didn't need to go far! The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the widow's walk offered a great place to listen to the waves.

We spent a week at Over The Dune in Santa Rosa Beach. Wonderful time. The house was gorgeous and brand new. Only a short walk to the beach and the beach wasn't crowded at all. The house has a pool that we really enjoyed. The 3rd floor is set up like a extra hangout pad for the kids to enjoy. Bathroom, sleeper sofa, extra couch and chairs, even a table with chairs for snacking. Would highly recommend this property. Looking forward to another stay here in the future.

Thank You Judy Weller!! Excellent recommendation! Seabiscuit is the greatest. Spacious home, outdoor dining area, and comfortable seating overlooking the calm waters of the lake. Just a few minute ride on the mini pontoon boat to the beautiful white sands and the crystal clear roaring surf. Looking forward to the next trip!!

I have stayed at many of their locations. Seabiscut has to be one of my favorite s. Plenty of room! You feel like you are at 3 different locations at once. Front court yard! Top decks!! Lower decks plenty of room . O yea don't forget the beach
