Overall, the experience was easy and pleasant. The one complaint is that I was to told that the shipping company would contact me to set up an appointment for delivery. When they didn't, I was told that I was to call. This pushed my delivery from Friday to Monday so my installation is delayed another week.

Website was easy to navigate. At one point I called and spoke to Megan, she was very helpful with explaining the liners to me and helped me to make the best choice for me. I hope the rest of the purchase experience is just as nice.
