Everything I needed to close my pool for the winter was here on the website.
The liner fit amazing and looks wonderful. The problem I have is with the steps faceplate. Never received gasket, and the item was totally describe wrong to me. Then add to that, when I called royal back about returning it they were going to charge me a 15% restocking fee. Thought that was poor customer service when I was mislead on what I was buying.
I am planning to build my own infinity plunge pool using a concrete slab and cinder blocks followed by gunite lining. I spoke with Zach in sales who helped me determine the pool supplies that I will need. Their price seems competitive. Delivery was quick. Less than 5 days from the time of ordering. I have not yet unpackaged everything so I can not comment on quality. If given the opportunity I can comment again next Spring (of 2019).
Have not unwrapped yet but overall experience was excellent
