We got a faulty EcoStar pump that shutdown our system but luckily we were within the warranty timeframe and William has been excellent in helping us replace the unit and be reimbursed so the pool will be up and operating as soon as possible. He remembered us when we called and has helped us earlier when we had questions as we built this inground pool ourselves. Royal Pools has Fantastic customer service! Thank you so much.

great. waiting on shipment now. We expected a DVD with the order but did not receive it. Other than that we seem to have everything. Pool is in process of being installed, so we will see.
