Bought my in-ground kit from Royalswimmingpools back in '03 and I've had no problems with anything. All components were top quality 'name-brand' products and the phone support while building was great. Guys with a fair amount of construction / building knowledge can build their own pool for around half of what a contractor-built pool would cost. When I ordered a pool cover they did not have it in stock. They upgraded it up a level for the same price. Totally unexpected but greatly appreciated.
The service at Royal is second to none, the people are very prompt and knowledgeable and the prices are very good. Debbie is great and I would recommend her to everybody.
