Above and beyond Charlie was great. Kept me up to date on all issues. Even issues that were not her or Royals fault. I will call her anytime I need another loan or recommend to anyone else that does.

Easy to work with Patrick I was not in a hurry, kind of shopping at a slow pace. Patrick did not rush or pressure me any at all. Presented facts and recommendations. Even when he knew I was talking to other loan companies, he offered advice on questions to ask them. This ultimately led me to choose him for the loan. Patrick communicated thru the entire process so I knew what each step was and when it would take place.
