I just started taking our pets to Royer this year after feeling neglected and just another number at our previous veterinary office. The doctors and staff at Royer are top notch and make you feel like your pet is top priority, because to them they are! They just spayed my daughters cat and she is recovering very well (had a previous bad experience and death of a beloved pet at our old veterinarian). Dr. Royer, Dr. Cullison and all the staff took great care of MWD Jjackson during the year. They treated him like a true American Hero. They all went above and beyond to fight for Jjackson. In the end, they showed true compassion and respect to us in our final moments.
the absolute best vet ,he truly has a love for animals,compassion .the whole staff is great.when I had to put my rott down (13 yes) I was heartbroken ,he gave her the medicine, then started to cry &had to leave,I live inooresville now and I still take my dog to him ..thank you Dr.Scott ,you are a true blessing !!
We have always loved bringing our pets here but I need to tell this story. Our aging Yorkie - Koko - developed a heart condition. Doc thought she probably had 3 to 6 months with meds. Well, that was over 2 yrs ago. She got sick this past weekend and we were sure this would be the end. We didn't want her to suffer, so when granddaughter got home from school we took her and the love of her life to clinic.
