My previous DR, Dr. Teller, was amazing and she assured me that her patients would be in good hands after she left the office, but that was certainly NOT the case. had a horrible experience with Dr. Romero today.. and from reading more of her reviews, I am not the first patient who feels like she was dismissive, rude, and not at all personal, sympathetic, or kind. I am extremely unsatisfied and upset with this group. Weeks ago, I scheduled an appointment as a first time patient that was supposed to be on Tuesday, March 2nd. On both my confirmation email and appointment reminder email, the address given was the West Orange office. I made the 30 minute drive there, got there 10 minutes early, only to be told that I was actually at the wrong office, and my appointment was supposed to be in the Warren office, which is a 30 minute drive in the other direction. my obgyn was very rude and my visit was very rushed. I was also trying to get tips on getting pregnant this year and she was no help. I will not be going back to her. this was at the west orange office
My doctor was not thorough nor attentive. My entire visit felt rushed. I don't even think she even knew my name. I will ask for another doctor for my annual if nothing changes I will not be returning.
