Dr. Gelman is the best!
My twins have been patients of Dr. Gelman for 3 years. She is a great dentist and always up-to-date on the best dental advances. She has an amazing approach to children and takes the time to speak with parents. She liaisons with their orthodontist to provide a full approach to their dental needs. My children were required to have several grown-up teeth pulled before getting their braces put on. Dr. Gelman made our entire family calm and the process was a breeze. My children love going to Dr Gelman- she is patient, wonderful with kids (and parents!) has made going to the dentist a fun experience. Everyone in the office is lovely also.
Ruby Gelman is hands down the best part of our health regimen for my kids. She's thorough, knowledgable, helpful and the kids CANT WAIT for their appointments - it's crazy! They love the dentist. She's helped us find an outstanding orthodontist as well. It's peace of mind having Ruby around. A wonderful person on top of it all!
My daughter had a excellent first dentist visit. Dr. Gelman and the hygienist, Kathleen, made her feel comfortable, almost like a play date. They explained everything they were going to do and all the equipment they were using. She left happy and was ready to play dentist with her dolls when she got home. I expect her to be excited to return -- exactly what I was hoping for in a first dental visit.
Going to Dr. Gelman's office is something my kids look forward to. That's saying a lot given the eldest two are teenagers! They still enjoy how much fun Dr. Gelman and her staff make going to the dentist. She is incredibly thorough, and she has a natural way with children of all ages.
My ASD son ...decided to go solo in the room and had his teeth cleaned and checked. This is a gigantic step for an autistic child. It is because he felt safe, comfortable and at home. Thank you to the entire staff.Ryan's mom
