For some reason I waited about an hour for the dr to arrive to the office I'd prefer a phone call from the staff to tell me that the dr is running late, or to be advised by the staff, upon entry to the office that the doctor will be an hr late
My kids love Ruby Gelman and her associates, in fact they are insisting to go for a visit more often then it is required.
My son fractured his tooth and Dr. Gelman was up texting me in the middle of the night with advice. I cannot imagine a better and more responsive Doctor!!!
Dr. Gelman returned early from vacation just to fill my son's cavity because it was hurting him. She has never been anything but kind and considerate (and I have a SN child)..There is a closer pediatric dentist, but we will never change... I only wish she were MY dentist.The office will also submit your claim for you (since you will pay at the visit) which saves me a headache...Love her!
My appointment for my daughter went very well.
