If your sister was a dentist, this is what it would feel like to go to the dentist. The whole staff is warm, patient and kind. I never feel rushed. Dr. Gelman takes her time and answers all my (sometimes ridiculous) questions. I rarely wait more than 10 minutes. My kids literally cheer when I say they have a dentist appointment. The office is clean, bright and fun. iPads and great books in the waiting room. TV's on the ceilings of the dental rooms. Fun flavored tooth pastes and prizes on the way out. We love dr ruby and all the staff. for some reason today we waited for a long time in between seeing the hygiensit and dr. ruby. it was unusual.
It's always a pleasant experience however I felt that the actual examination conducted by dr. German was very cursory.
Our visit was a wonderful first experience from the very first minute.Josie love Dr Ruby and loved Kathleen.She left asking when she could go back again.
We really enjoyed our visit. Dr. Gelman was so helpful, as was the whole staff. And you were all really generous with balloons, etc. My kids did not even want to leave!
From entry to exit, the entire experience was modern and fun without compromising professionalism and top quality care. Doctor Ruby is a breath of fresh air. My daughters quickly loved her and her terrific team, and the streaming Netflix during treatment is a genius distraction. I recommend in a heartbeat and wish a Doctor Ruby had existed when I was a girl!
