The greatest dentist with the greatest office and the greatest staff ever. My kids now love going to the dentist and ask when they can go back. With previous dentist, I had to fight and bribe to get them there, and then hold the while they screamed their way through cleanings. Dr. Ruby is magical. She also is helping one of my kids quit thumb sucking on her own volition. We love you, Dr. Ruby.
Kathleen and Dr. Gelman were wonderful. Took their time with my toddler, which is paramount for a first visit.I'm very happy I was meticulous in choosing a pediatric dentist.
My girls absolutely LOVE to see Dr. Ruby! We travel from NJ to see the dentist and although it is almost always a hassle to get in to nyc these days, we wouldn't change pediatric dentists for anything! The hygenists are great with the kids and Dr. Ruby takes the time to explain all that is going on with their growing teeth and answer all my questions. The office is clean and attractive and they have all the technology to keep the kids entertained! I cannot say enough good things!!
As always, a fantastic experience. The hygienist figured out my son wasn't flossing because of the mint flavor of the floss head, so I could order non-flavored. My son is so comfortable in the office, dental hygiene is fun and that carries through his life. Dr. Ruby has given us great guidance from binkies to losing teeth. Communication is a breeze. I couldn't be happier.
Our visit was outstanding. I was a bit worried about this visit as after the last visit, our then 4-year old had night-mares for 2 weeks of us having to hold her down for the polishing and it took me 3 months to convince her that going to the dentist is a good thing... but it turned out to be a really really great visit. No tears, no angst and she even had the polishing done. Thanks to Kathleen!
