Rumpke used to be great. I don't know what happened to them but for the last 2 weeks, my trash has not been picked up. I gave them grace for last week due to snow even though our county was not one of the ones that was listed as being affected by delays. I have called them over and over again. I don’t know why I can’t find the Google page for the Findlay office - but do you think you could stop blocking our road while picking up trash at 2001 Hope lane?! There are 4 houses here and we use different waste companies and you are the ONLY company who so disrespectfully leaves the hopper in the middle of the roadway making it hard to leave or enter the lane. Terrible customer service. They add random fuel surcharges to your bill so your bill will be different every time. Way overpriced. AND they don't pick up your trash! I constantly have to call to get serviced and then get the run around when I do. Use anyone else. Rumpke is the worst.
another review 8 months later. I am not pregnant anymore and have a 6 month old including a 8, and 9 year old. Not a reliable collection service. They missed a pickup at the beginning of this year and took them almost a week to make it up and now our trash has been at the end of our driveway going on 3 collection dates with no service while our neighbors have been serviced. We have called over a half dozen times and are told everytime it will be picked up within the next 24 to 48 hours then nothing. Absolutely unacceptable.
