Where to begin.. Rumpke rates are ridiculous and it seems they go up every quarter. My trash was missed often and they would take days to come get it causing me issues with accumulating trash. And now that I have canceled my service they won't come get their cans from my curb!! My last pickup was Feb 24th and my cans are still sitting out there. I have called 4 times. I wish I could give zero stars. It’s frustrating to pay so much money for a service that consistently fails to deliver. I called customer service to address the fact that my trash still hadn’t been picked up. I also mentioned the missed pickup during Christmas, to which the representative claimed, “There was no call.” As a newer customer, I was unfamiliar with the so-called “holiday delays,” but I was calling about both the current and prior missed pickup. Company weekly ignores city wide noise ordinance on trash removal times. Been woken up at 3A.M. on Monday morning for nearly a year now. The hell is your companies issue? Can I have your C.E.O.s address so I can come bang some giant metal cubes outside his window at 3 in the morning? No? Cool. Fix your shit.
This company is literally trash. Worst customer service. Left our whole community with overflowing trash cans cause they changed the pick up time without notice and refuse to do a courtesy pick up without charging us. Now after the holiday weekend we have a full can for another whole week with no help in sight. Again this company is trash, chose Republic service, I wish we could.
If I could give Rumpke zero stars I would. If I am being completely honest your service is absolutely crap. We have had our house skipped one too many times. We have called customer service to report and get the same B.S. line of "we are sorry, give it 48 hours and they will come and get it". Yeah fat chance. It hasn't happened yet. How come there has been 3 to 4 trash tucks come down our road the week of October 1st 2024 and not a single trash bin was picked up? Unacceptable. Do better.
