I don’t know why I can’t find the Google page for the Findlay office - but do you think you could stop blocking our road while picking up trash at 2001 Hope lane?! There are 4 houses here and we use different waste companies and you are the ONLY company who so disrespectfully leaves the hopper in the middle of the roadway making it hard to leave or enter the lane. Where to begin.. Rumpke rates are ridiculous and it seems they go up every quarter. My trash was missed often and they would take days to come get it causing me issues with accumulating trash. And now that I have canceled my service they won't come get their cans from my curb!! My last pickup was Feb 24th and my cans are still sitting out there. I have called 4 times. I don't know what has happened with rumpke, I've lived in my home for 5 years and I've never had as much issues with them as I have these past few months. I have literally had to call rumpke every single week to tell them they either have not picked up my trash or my recycling. I've even had to call to REMIND them to not forget my trash. Not only are they forgetting to pick up my trash but on the days they do pick it up its not on my scheduled trash day. I guess emailing and leaving reviews isn't enough. No one answers a phone either. I am in my 3rd trimester and have 2 other young kids. I am tired of whoever keeps putting the garbage can in the road in front of my house where I park. I set it out in the grass when I take trash out the night before. I shouldn't have chance getting hit by another car by getting out of my car walking in front of it to move a trash can and then get back in my car to pull it up and park then get myself and 2 kids out! Pick a random day and they might show up 🤷♂️ supposed to pick up all the trash cans in front of my house, but only picked up one... after they missed a week so the only reason I had 2 cans full is because they didn't pick up on time... and then left me with the extra trash. This company has monopolized the findlay market, and they suck. Its very obvious the employees do not care, they are just there to collect a paycheck. Unacceptable behavior
