Excellent company!! Anything I do not want I just put inside this big bin they set outside my house and they just take it away somewhere for me.
We've been extremely pleased with the service we receive from Rumpke. They are consistently on time, their pricing is reasonable, and they also pick up our recycling. We occasionally have extra trash that doesn't fit in our bin and it is picked up without hesitation. Any additional fee is nominal and far less expensive then hauling it ourselves. On the rare occasion that I've had to speak with someone, service was quick and pleasant. We would recommend Rumpke to anyone looking for reliable waste hauling.

I've had great service, no missed visits, and they take all that is put out.
They are reliable! They are here on time even in most inclement weather. They take all of our refuse without hesitation. They are dependable as in the scheduled day and they are affordable. Office staff is professional and billing is easy to pay!
After many rate hikes in the last 2 years I decided to go with another service. I cancelled my service with Rumpke and was told to leave the trash bin out after the last pick-up (Aug 28). On Oct 7 I just happen to notice the truck go by and had to flag down the truck to get him to stop and pick up the trash bin. So it was over a month for them to pick it up. They took there time in picking it up and still charged me for that time period. I guess there way of scamming a Senior and Veteran Citizen!
absolutely terrible service. I moved into my place and the shitty neighbors had taken both trash cans. I called to get a replacement two weeks went by and nobody told me anything so I just have bags of trash developing maggots. They told me it's OK to put them by the side of the road and they will collect it. That communication never got transferred to the person picking up the trash. They suck at picking up recycling it get skipped all the time and just left till next or they just skip it again

Rumpke has came up with four lame reasons why not to pick up my trash in the last two months they are worth nothing and their new price increase is a joke .....i wish they would close shop for good drivers and all........
Missed pickup for the entire area. Called twice and spoke to a person who said they would send a truck to the area, which never came.
