Excellent company!! Anything I do not want I just put inside this big bin they set outside my house and they just take it away somewhere for me.

We've been extremely pleased with the service we receive from Rumpke. They are consistently on time, their pricing is reasonable, and they also pick up our recycling. We occasionally have extra trash that doesn't fit in our bin and it is picked up without hesitation. Any additional fee is nominal and far less expensive then hauling it ourselves. On the rare occasion that I've had to speak with someone, service was quick and pleasant. We would recommend Rumpke to anyone looking for reliable waste hauling.

They are reliable! They are here on time even in most inclement weather. They take all of our refuse without hesitation. They are dependable as in the scheduled day and they are affordable. Office staff is professional and billing is easy to pay!

Rumpke has came up with four lame reasons why not to pick up my trash in the last two months they are worth nothing and their new price increase is a joke .....i wish they would close shop for good drivers and all........

Missed pickup for the entire area. Called twice and spoke to a person who said they would send a truck to the area, which never came.

Here we are 12 months later and the same thing happened. They left bagged grass clippings behind last week, they did come back two days later. This week they did the same thing, called and told me to call Shawnee Township, they do not pick up bagged grass clippings, only weigh 15lbs. She told me they would not be coming back out! Service is just bad, should have never gave a second chance, I should not have this kind of aggravation over a simple process. Now I need to find a new provider for home and my two businesses!

If you want your rates increased by a company that buys out the local guy. Rumpke is your co.

Heath, we understand your concerns and would like to take a moment to explain. Gas prices are finally coming down and as consumers, we are enjoying the benefits! However, diesel fuel, which is what most of our fleet runs on, costs more than unleaded gas largely because of new standards requiring blends that work to reduce emissions and pollution. They have been raising their prices EVERY billing cycle under the guise of "fuel surcharges". It has happened repeatedly to the point that there just is no rational from an economical standpoint to explain it. They have not improved any other areas, customer service, included, to negate the hike either. It's just bad business. As soon as we have options we're taking it.
