I don’t know why I can’t find the Google page for the Findlay office - but do you think you could stop blocking our road while picking up trash at 2001 Hope lane?! There are 4 houses here and we use different waste companies and you are the ONLY company who so disrespectfully leaves the hopper in the middle of the roadway making it hard to leave or enter the lane. They have missed picking up trash of myself and 3 neighbors. We are into the 3rd week of not having trash picked up. This is within the city of Lima. Have called them 4 different times about it. Told the same thing all 4 times. Have contacted the city of Lima about it. My neighbors and myself are hoping our trash can be picked up soon. Terrible service

Our driver is RUDE & LAZY! Doesn’t pick up all of the trash and refuses to get out of his truck for anything outside of the trash can. Throws trash can and drives through yards because he refuses to put his bucket up when he’s driving the truck. I’ve called and so have neighbors to express our concerns/frustrations and nothing changes. 10/10 don’t reccomend rumpke trash.

So at the end of March, My trashman hit my car with his door when the wind caught it. Had a guy come later that evening from Rumpke to take pics, get info etc. I didnt hear anything else until my husband did a review, someone reached out to us, and proceeded to tell us the guy working on it was no longer with them. After all kinds of BS and spinning us, a lady from Sedgwick called me. Rumpke handles all claims in house! I have had so many issues trying to get service, billed incorrectly, nobody in the office communicated or read notes on the account. I had an issue every other week and nobody ever fixed it or followed through with fixing it like they said they would. Now they're trying to collect on bills that I do not owe. Waste management was very easy to sign up with and I have not had an issue yet with them.
