Stay as far away from this place as possible. I had my RV stored for two weeks and had it vandalized. There is no security to speak of. It's dirty, and they only have a chain-link fence with no barbed wire to keep people from coming over and they take no responsibility for anything that happens while stored there. My RV was forced open by some tool and then since it didn't work doing that, they jammed a screwdriver or something in the locks and moved it around until it opened. Terrible RV lot!! Massive potholes. For many months. No maintenance. Gate was broken for extended period of time. Insane late fees. The entire lot is a big dirt lot. Trailer and boat are filthy every time I picked up. My clean truck is covered in dirt every time I drive into the lot. The potholes will damage your trailer over time. We have alerted the county of Orange on the exit aisle issues, however our hands are tied as it is not our property. And yes our lot is not paved. We do not advertise as paved. The late fees are outlined in your contract and reviewed at move in, these are determined by the state of CA. We appreciate your business and wish you well!
This place is a complete scam! I stored my trailer at this so call nice facility ,not to mention the most expensive in Orange County. I was thinking my trailer would be safe. I was wrong, I went monday the 23rd of October to pick up my toy hauler for a trip to glamis. As I noticed the side door ajar, I looked inside and my Polaris rzr was STOLEN!
