Ryan is really good at this. He's a good communicator and has a lot of patience. He explained everything to me, sometimes two times, so I felt that I understood the process. I feel that Ryan is trustworthy, but still wonder if I could have shopped around and received a better rate. Customer service and the ease of the process was great, no denying that, but the bottom line for me is really am I getting the rate/best deal out there.
