Ryan went above and beyond what needed to be done to keep the process on track. The HoA we were dealing with was incompetent to negligent in doing what they needed to do to facilitate a condo sale. He ended having to go to their offices to get documents that should have been emailed in a timely manner.

1) Be aware when client docs are soon to become outdated. Establish an in-house minimum 2 wk. alarm system that alerts you to contact clients and request docs and avoid the last minute fire drills and unnecessary pressure and to get current docs. 2) Institute in your initial paperwork upfront how a clients sensitive/confidential docs are handled, stored and disposed of during your process.
