Even with a time deference he always got back to me if I had question. If There were things that Ii did not understand, he would explain them in a way that I understood. There was bullet information that I should have made more clear to me which through my understanding I got wrong . I explained to him the amount I wished to borrow, the amount I could afford(monthly payments) which I told him was about 1,600 dollars, the interest rate and if the mortgage rate was fixed.
