Often I felt I was being ignored. There were several consecutive reassignments of Loan Originators so I had to repeat myself each time. The repeated paperwork that just went on and on and on. Seem like we filled out the same form 2 to 3 times. Every time we thought we were done there was something else to go ahead and fill out which seem to be the same thing so little overwhelming.
