Ryan was extremely helpful evey step of the way! We had our constrution loans refinanced to a fixed 30 year mortgage. The process was completely very quickly. Any questions or concerns were answered immediately with kindness and respect! Wouldn't think about going any where else!

Ryan did his best (despite dealing with COVID exposure) and was always available to talk or answer questions. He would get top ratings. However, he had both his underwriter and his processor leave in the middle of our work and the handoff to others was poorly done and made our loan process difficult. I had to send info multiple times, the underwriter was overly aggressive in asking for information but mostly unavailable to answer questions. I think it took WAY too long to decide it needed to be zoned residential instead of commercial and then to keep asking for the same things over and over when there wasnâ??t even a close date set seemed like a waste of our time.

Honestly, it felt like there were some questions we had at the beginning of the loan process that didn't end up being answered adequately and we had to push our closing back about two weeks. It made the process a lot more stressful and cost us more money by the end of it. Also, neither of the persons on the loan were communicated with directly except for document signing emails. The videos were helpful in knowing where we were in the process, but was not necessarily direct or personal.
