We had started with another loan agency . The process with them left us feeling not so good about ourselves . We own our own business and they were making us jump thru so many hoops to get a loan . I keep saying I would understand if were anew business but this was 45 years we had been established. So a friend got in touch with Ryan for us . We closed in a little over 2 weeks and with a better interest rate . Plus I like the fact that Stockham is a Kentucky owned business.
