Ryan was so helpful with the entire process. He worked quickly to get our preapproval after we had an unfortunate experience with another broker. He was always available and quick to respond to all calls and emails even after regular business hours. He was very knowledgeable of what we needed as w2 and self-employed individuals. We can not thank him enough for helping us close on our new home.
We couldn’t have received better service. Every time we called Ryan he answered the phone personally. His availability was 24 hours a day. We felt like we were the only sellers he was working with and they get a lot of business.
He made the loan process easy! I was always informed about what step we were at. My phone calls were always answered and I never had to leave a voicemail. I will recommend his services to everyone. I couldn’t have asked for better service! .
Coming in to this experience I had no clue on anything about buying the house. I’d talked to other loan offices before and they’d always made me feel kind of stupid and like I should know more but with Ryan he always took the time to explain everything to me no matter my question and that just made my experience 100% better I would not only recommend Ryan, if I were to buy another house I would go to him for help again.
