Guaranteed Rate made the mortgage process a breeze. Within 40 minutes of my initial application, I had a pre-approval letter sitting in my inbox, ready to send to our real estate agent. Ryan was INCREDIBLE to work with. He answered all of my questions and even ran multiple hypothetical scenarios to help me make an informed mortgage product choice. Ryan Richardson our loan office was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We live overseas and where buying our first home in the States. We were 12 hours apart in time difference but he seemed to be available at all hours! He was amazing and we would use him again in a heartbeat!

My loan officer Ryan Richardson was very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He was readily available to answer questions both via email and over the phone. He has a calm demeanor which helps during an otherwise stressful time. I felt safe knowing that my financial documents were submitted securely via TransferSafe. I appreciated that my loan estimates were itemized, making it easier for me to know how closing costs were calculated. I would definitely go with Guaranteed Rate again in the future!

This is my third time getting a mortgage from Guaranteed Rate. The first time, we were looking for our first home and I clicked an ad and got Guaranteed Rate. It was a very pleasant experience so I used them again and again. Every time has been great but this one is probably the best one yet. Ryan was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly on the ball. He replied to emails at like 10 o'clock at night on a Saturday. We closed in 19 days!
