Our loan officer, Ryan Richardson, was absolutely fantastic. From the handwritten card he sent early in the process, to hustling to get us cleared to close on a tight timeline I felt like I had someone in my corner working incredibly hard and willing to answer any of my questions. I would absolutely recommend Guaranteed Rate, and particularly Ryan, to anyone seeking a home loan.

Ryan Richardson provided A+ service. If I could not reach him immediately, he would call me back by the end of business to assist with whatever I needed. Very quick e-mail turnaround time. I feel like Ryan and his team went above and beyond. Frankly, I'm very impressed. I wasn't expecting this process to be so easy.
