Ryan Richardson was a great loan agent. This is our second refinance with Guaranteed Rate. He kept us aware of when the rates dropped to where it would still be beneficial for us to refinance. Everything went smoothly and quickly. Would strongly recommend Ryan to others, and have already done so.
