Very good communication and Ryan was always available to answer our questions and guide us through the process. The only time I felt that communication was lacking was with regards to our rate lock. We were told that we would receive periodic updates on current interest rates - and that Ryan would let us know if/when he recommended locking the rate. We did not receive any updates on the rates and unfortunately they had increased substantially by the time we checked them ourselves. We were very busy with packing/moving and di... read more
