Ryan provided me good rate however the communication deteriorated after the loan went into processing. He offered me range for rate and I was ended at the higher end of the interest rate also he was very confident that my PMI will lower than what is showing in the loan estimate and ended up higher than what was offerred in loan estimate. I also mentioned that I dont want to pay no more than 10% out of my pocket but I ended up paying $1100 extra out of my pocket. I did not enjoy working with Irene Smith. I also was not happy with the constant request regarding a trust that I am trustee for. that at minium contains non mortgaged properties that have no effect on my debt to income.
