Ryan was extremely personable and professional. He walked us through purchasing a second home with the twist that we decided against the first one based on the appraisal and were able to make an offer on another one. He changed all of our paperwork and walked us through to the end. I can only imagine using Ryan in the future.

I had a difficult situation due to some financial entanglements in the past, which made me suspicious about qualifying despite good income and savings but Ryan found a way to make it work with an investor. It got a little stressful at the end but Ryan worked hard to push it through and the result is a beautiful home that is all ours. Thanks Ryan for all your effort! It was a pleasure working with you.
