Ryan was an amazing person to work with. He was easily accessible, answered all of our questions in a timely manner, is personable and honest, and overall made buying a home easy. He kept us accountable when it came to signing papers, and made sure to update us with changes along the way. He was sure to rush things when times called for it, and we are so appreciative of everything he did for us. Ryan was a professional as well as everyone on his staff when ever I communicated with anyone of them, each was included and copied on all communication so that any of Ryan’s team could helped me with almost anything. I really enjoyed this whole buying experience since May 2020 until yesterday when our closing was recorded and we received our keys March 2021
I have refinanced twice with Ryan, and my most recent one was very smooth, and proceeded swiftly. You obviously need the proper documentation available to make this work smoothly, it is a two way street. But he responded diligently to my questions, and his team is top notch.
