Amazing customer service and professionalism doesn't get any better than this! It's amazing that this company is able to be so spot-on with communicating, sending out a mechanic to identify our forklift no-start issue and get us back up and running without trying to upsell or rip us off. We'll be using Sacramento Forklift for all of our forklift parts and service needs in the future! I also found out they can do OSHA Forklift Certification at our location for all of our forklift operators!

Sacramento Forklift has proven themselves to be punctual, knowledgeable, and fair in a field where it is difficult enough just to get a service company to show up. We have partnered with SFL to maintain our fleet of lifts and production has not been interrupted since. Best call we ever made.

I called to get my company's forklift serviced with their preventative maintenance service, a.k.a. the P.M. Service, as well as getting one of our hydraulic cylinders re-sealed. I had the pleasure of speaking with Ellie and she's just amazing. Between calls and emails, she was very quick to respond and everything went smoothly. On top of getting the original repairs done, they even told us about a couple other issues with our lift, such as wires and propane leaks and they handled it the same day the forklift was supposed to ... read more
