Verified Renter Community is good. However recently, they have started charging 2$ for the blinds this is disappointing. Also, a follow up needs to be done for any maintenance requests. They forget to put up tickets. Else, everything is fine

Verified Renter Stay is ok.. maintenance is very slow..maintenance request are resolved after lot of follow ups. Apartment floor makes sound while walking..Location is good.

Verified Renter Saddle creek apartments is a good community to live in. This apartment have all the modern amenities including a in house washer & dryer. The society is surrounded all over with greenery & lots of open spaces for kids playing area. It also has alncommon amenities like Gym, swimming pool, tennis courts etc. Overall, a good experience so far.

Touring the community and meeting one of the managers seemed promising but once you start the application process there is limited communication and it’s hard to get ahold of someone in the leasing office. After move in I had some minor maintenance issues which should have really been taken care of during the apartment turnover.
