Went back to SAE Group to augment my existing solar systems. Complicated configuration due to separate battery installation, but we got there through goodwill and flexibility!! Scott is a knowledgeable salesperson who suggested I become a Virtual Power Plant, and Dan the installation engineer was efficient, friendly and a great communicator.

Andrew from SAE was very easy to deal with and provided friendly and timely service. All my questions were answered before I went ahead and Andrew was not a pushy salesy type. The install was earlier than the estimated wait time and the install team were clean and efficient. The system has been working for a few months now and I'm loving monitoring my generation against usage. I feel more in control of managing our power consumption. Thanks SAE Group! PS: Pia in the office is a great asset to the team.

Arthur and his fellow installer were fantastic, efficient, communicative and friendly. Very quick install after order placed (2 days). Intially came to talk to me about a back up battery for existing solar and was advised to add to my solar, which would give me a better outcome, and didn't cost as much. Would highly recommend these guys.

SAE Team were excellent from start to finish and the workmanship was great. The system so far has been working to what i was told even on cloudy day it charges the battery and heats the water system through the Catch Power module. Im happy to pass on information to friends of ours when asked. Thanks Merv J
