The service overall is very good, I especially appreciate each of the technicians that have been here. They are both professional and pleasant. The one source of difficulty arises when an appointment is made for work inside the house, requiring someone to be there. With only two appointment times available, between 8 and noon or between noon and 4, that effectively ties us down for up to 4 hours.
