the agents on the phone are detailed orientated and helpful. they ensure every part of the service will be covered ny discussing their service options and how those options fit with your particular needs. the technicians are top-notch and thorough. they take the time to ensure all of the questions and concerns I have are answerd.
The men who come to our house are friendly and go about their business quickly and thoroughly. The company has eliminated a mouse problem and spiders in the house. We have recommended Edge to our neighbors.
I was very pleased with the inside treatment today. Also I was thrilled that a wasp nest was discovered and removed.
As always, tech is professional, polite and knowledgeable. I hardly ever have a mouse in the garage these days, or spiders too. The reason I used them the beginning of last summer was due to wasp nests at locations I never saw! Yikes. I highly recommend this business.
Every person who has come to spray has been punctual and polite and thorough. We have no issues with bugs now. They do try to upsell things like yard care, but they are not pushy or persistent, they just mention the service and ask. They are very good about rescheduling or delaying payment, too!
