I called for a recall as I had ants. First time in 3 years I had to call them back!

The rep did a great job but he said he had torn the pair of his booties. He left small pieces of mud throughout the house. Again, I don;t want to diminish the fact that he did a great job. I just don't want your reps coming into the home anymore without booties on their shoes.
Technicians are courtesy and thorough. They inform and educate the home owner as they walk through property/assess property. I also had them spray for spiders and other creepy crawlies both indoors and outside of our home. They resolved our issues and our home is and remains pest free (with quarterly service of course).
