The only issue I had was I ordered a beautiful light blue Chelsea 150 scooter, & was called a couple of days later saying blue was not available. I was really disappointed, but I decided on the white instead. It came yesterday in perfect condition. It's really pretty. Can't wait to ride it! We will be ordering a blue one if they come back in stock. ThankYou.
I have not purchased yet but so far I am pleased with everything I see.
Quick and easy ordering and the bike I ordered arrived quicker than I expected, but the disk that was sent with the bike did not include the correct video. Thankfully, there are not only other videos on your support site, but on YouTube as well to assist. Overall it was a positive experience.
