My visit was peaceful. Dr. Garud cares.
This practice is too big and cannot manage basic administrative duties to provide a decent patient experience. INO one ever answers the phone. It's a game of back and forth for days. I mentioned this to the front desk staff and she said they were aware and they now send calls to a call center. Then as I wait for 45 minutes, I observe the two women at the desk doing very little. A completely arrogant, non-caring physician. Although his office made a scheduling mistake, and I showed up fully prepped for a double procedure, he declined to see me, because he was "running behind". Forget the fact that I haven't eaten in two days, but I hope Sagar made it to happy hour on time. I overlooked his cold nature on the office visit in advance of my procedure, but I should have listened to my gut about this guy. If I could give negative stars, I would.
