Service is always great, and the office personal are outstanding..
Didn’t finish the installation on scheduled day; told my husband he would come back on Thursday, didn’t; deliverers wrong tank size and wanted to charge me the difference; pulled balance of service without a phone call and charged wrong account causing issues with my account. Horrible customer service experience. I will not do business in the fitire with this company once they complete the installation in the spring.

As a long-time Heutz customer I was a bit apprehensive when the business was taken over by Murray Oil. However, my service has been excellent and I am quite satisfied. I have recommended Murray-Hertz to my acquaintances.
