"Despite the avalanche of reminders I received about my appointment through emails and texts, and despite the fact that I was on time for my appointment, I was still kept waiting for nearly 40 minutes before I made it to the dentist's chair. Once there, I continued to wait another 20 minutes until a dentist was available. What should have been an hour's appointment turned into two. I have no complaints about the dental care I received, but the long wait was unacceptable."
