My experience with Dr Ali and his staff were horrible. It was impossible to get refills on prescriptions on time. Dr Ali's bedside manor was both cold and arrogant and I did not trust him. I did not speak to him often in person because it was impossible to get an appointment with him. The appointments were with his pas not him. I have changed to a doctor that is both open and accepting of a patient's opinion. I would not recommend Dr Ali or this office to anyone ever.
Never sees patient. Leaves the office to nurse practitioners
My mother was under his care at Sugarland Methodist Hospital. The day that she passed he was contacted at 4:30am to get orders because she was having trouble breathing, he gave "no orders", and no call to the family, or come to the hospital. At 7:30 he was called again; again he had "no orders" and couldn't talk "because he was driving". Still, no call to the family. At 9:30am she passed away with none of us there to be with her. He could've helped her and chose not to!
Very poor! Being at West Houston hospital waiting for him to see him just once in three days for about 2 minutes, didn't see him when he discharged me, I was expecting for talk to him and ask some questions he didn't show up only the Nurse, I call to his office for get an excuse for work for a couple of days because he let me a clear liquid diet for a week and I felt kind of weak and he wasn't there and it's been 2 days and there is no excuse 01/06/16
