Sat outside on the patio enjoying one of rare warm evenings in Calgary. The wagyu beef carpaccio was amazing and the striploin steak was very good, cooked just the way I asked and not too salty. The strip loin is a 12 oz cut and I could have easily shared one with my dining partner. The steak was better than another steak house I ate at last week (that I will not name). Natasha our server was very attentive without being overly intrusive and the Margarita and Smoked Old Fashioned cocktails were amazing.

The food is consistently delicious and our server was lovely! She made amazing recommendations based on our preferences and was able to make adjustments to the point of innovation. I love Saltlik!!!

The service was over the top. We where given a great review for the choice of steak choice. We we went there for our dinner Anniversary dinner.
