The food at Saltlik is always excellent and good value. Tonight they were very busy, not one open seat. Service was definitely slow and a bit chaotic. We ordered appetizers and the main course. Initially they brought out the appetizers and two of the main course plates together (there were four of us). We sent those plates back and enjoyed the appetizer and a bottle of wine. Food, service and experience was very good. My only negative about the experience was the noise level in the restaurant. I am in the music industry so I used my db meter to measure the noise level. It measured over 90db consistently for the entire time we were dining (2 hours). I booked this meal with clients in mind and while the food and service was top notch I won’t be returning until this is remedied. Having to yell to be heard could easily be remedied with sound abatement and would be a wise spend. Chad Melchert
