Amazing dinner with exceptional ambience. Every drink was mixed to perfection and food came out exactly as requested and tasted fantastic. The service from being greeted at the front door to being waited on at the table was impeccable. Next time we are in Calgary we will definitely be back.

We visited the Saltlik in Calgary on a Thursday evening. Quiet night, to be expected. Service was very good (Patrick). Restaurant was about 60% full. Meal was adequate but I expected more from the Saltlik. Peppercorn New York Strip Loin was over seasoned:( , so was the asparagus :(. I'm starting to sense a phase where restaurants are over seasoning a lot. Please don't mask the natural flavor of a piece of meat unless it's poor quality. I hope the next time is better.

The atmosphere is great. Could be a little quieter for a steakhouse. The pricing is on point and choices are good. The ribeye could be better if thicker better meat consistency.

Our server was phenomenal. She went out of her way to get us new shots after she noticed they were made wrong. The food was extremely delicious and the overall vibe of the restaurant was great. Definitely will visit again when in Calgary next.
