I’ve dined at Saltlik before and had wonderful experiences, so I was looking forward to this visit. Unfortunately, this time didn’t quite live up to expectations. Without a doubt, the service was great, but the steak left something to be desired. It just seemed to be a tougher cut of meat. They did offer to cook another one to the same investigation and it was the same. We both tend to be fairly picky about our steaks though, which is why we only go to one or two places for it but we thought we’d try this one.
