Saltlik is simply amazing. The service was fantastic the food was insane and the prices were not too bad considering it was the last weekend of the Stampede and this is one of the best steakhouse in Calgary. The NY Strip loin I ordered came as requested and pretty quickly (even though we were told the kitchen was a bit backed up). First time dining here and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. Booked through Open Table after reading through reviews of downtown restaurants. Our server was the amazing Justin! We can't speak highly enough of his service. He provided great recommendations on steaks and wine and the food was outstanding! Probably the best ribeye I've ever had! I ordered the lobster tail add on. It came under cooked and cold: server replaced it with 2 tails as they are tiny. Food runners kept bringing other people’s food to our table as they seemed to not know the table #’s. Our server was very friendly & felt horrible about the lobster.
Food was good. Restaurant was exceptionally loud and noisy.
Great service on patio, good vibe to people watch. Food was good but wasn’t hot. It’s stampede so we let it go. Will come back

It’s always great there. Unfortunately they ran out of chocolate cake but I guess you can’t have everything.
