Excellent experience. My visit was for the purpose of purchasing a keyboard. I was able to sample many keyboards in the store. There was no pressure from any of the sales associates and once I made my selection, sales and customer service were very helpful. I have made previous purchases from Sam Ash and will continue to do so in the future.
