Ordered a use acoustic from the Reverb store, took 2 days to cancel the order because they no longer have it. Clearly customer service and proper inventory are not the priorities

I returned a product, the process went very smooth and the sales person was very courteous.
Horrible customer service. Way too many complaints to write in this review. The only reason why we come here is because we love our son’s guitar teacher.
Inventory in the drum department was poor. No associates to ask, as he was on a phone sale for 20 minutes. I ended up getting what I needed at Guitar Center.
Although the Point of Sale system appears to be lacking as the associates struggled through the system, the staff was able to track down the item I needed at another shop and get it in for me in a few days.
Last time I'm bothering to come here. Past two times I've been here getting any help on the sales floor is like pulling teeth. If your not going to have your employees be available then at least have cables on the floor so people can try things out themselves. If your items are for looking at only I can just take my business to sweet water. They call to follow up on your purchases your sales staff can't even be bothered to check on the dozen people standing around in a completely silent music store.
