I did an order( 2000641251) 6 days ago of a Boss Rc 202, after few days with out contacting me, i contact the customer service and they say the product is in backorder and it will take 4 weeks! Very bad inventory organization and very bad customer service the only solution was to cancel my order after after 7 days with out notice me by email. Not happy at all
Very rude employees, I was there to purchase a drum set and I kicked out of the room in two different occasions by the same employee that did not let me see what I wanted to buy! Well Guitar center will be !:)
