The staff is very well prepared and patient even do that a lot of the traffic just come to the store to mistreat the instruments and with an attitude like they have the right to do so. It is not a toy store so you bring your kids on Sunday to bang the keyboards.the real musicians come and take care of their business. If the item is not in the store Sam Ash will find it for you.
