After leaving a Guitar Center pretty pissed off from getting poor customer service, I drove completely out of my way to Sam Ash Music Store in Orlando to get what Guitar Center acted as if what I wanted was too difficult to order. Upon arriving at Sam Ash, I was greeted inside the front door, then a second associate asked me what I was looking for and sent me in the right direction, and then yet another associate in charge of that particular area showed me what I was looking for and what size I needed.
