Ordered a use acoustic from the Reverb store, took 2 days to cancel the order because they no longer have it. Clearly customer service and proper inventory are not the priorities

Went there to pick up a set of strings for my electric, D’Addario NYXL 9-42, and they had next to nothing in stock, regardless of brand. Wound up ordering a 3-pack through Amazon Prime that arrived the next day, so that is the route I will take from now on when I need strings.
I had an HSS Strat soldered up down there and gave them a diagram from Dimarzio on the correct way to place all the wires. I got it back, passed it along to my nephew for his birthday and it was all screwed up. The two wires of each of the single coils were reversed... hot to ground and ground to hot. The humbucker didn't split with the middle and two wires had nicks in the jackets where bare wire was showing. I paid almost $200 for wiring and set up... and got bupkis. This store has extremely poor customer service. Basically, if you will not commit to making a purchase right there and then on whatever instrument or accessory you are looking at, they will walk away and ignore you.

Complaint about the San Ash located in Carrolwoid Florida. They are not customer oriented. We arrived about 9:50 am. Store posted that they opened at 10 am. We attempted to open the door at 9:50 am. The store associates gathered at the front counter just looked at us and continued to talk to each other until 10:05. Once they FINALLY opened the door we asked one associate where the music stands were located. He pointed toward a General location in the store and walked away to proceed to make a phone call.
